Avril’s long-standing shareholders include:

• the Interprofessional Development Fund for the Oilseed and Protein Sector (FIDOP)
• the French Federation of Oilseed and Protein Producers (FOP)

Both of these shareholders were behind the creation of Avril. In 2014, a third player acquired a stake in the Group: the Avril Foundation.
