In Saint-Gérand, the Sanders plant opens its doors to become more firmly rooted in the region
Once a month, around twenty visitors flock to Sanders’ Saint-Gérand plant, which specializes in the manufacture of feed for livestock. Over a welcome coffee, they learn about Avril’s activities and its unique model, as well as fun facts about the jobs and activities of the Sanders subsidiary in Brittany. They then tour the plant, guided by Eric Guillermic, communications manager, and Sanders managers. To ensure their safe movement, they are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE): shoes, helmets, fluorescent vests and goggles.
Residents, local councillors, associations, teachers and future talents are given the opportunity to explore an industrial site and gain a better understanding of the different professions and areas of expertise of our employees. With this operation at the heart of its territory, Sanders is reinforcing the accessibility of its professions and knowledge of the sector among an interested and local public.
