Today, I’m proud to present the Group’s employer brand: “Avril, the choice of a different path”.

We built this project thinking about the candidates who would like to join us, and the talents we want to attract. It expresses our convictions and values. It reflects what sets us apart: a company like no other, deeply rooted in the world of agriculture, capitalizing on its model, its raison d’être and its commitments. For over 40 years, we have been proving that another way is possible by reconciling seemingly contradictory priorities. All with the common goal of Serving the Earth.

Combining performance and value sharing: there's nothing contradictory about that.

Avril was created by the agricultural world according to a unique business model: the Group pays no dividends to its shareholders and reinvests its profits in the development of the agricultural and processing sectors. In this way, each business generates value for all links in the chain, wherever the Group operates. This performance serves to create collective value, in direct line with our mission: to feed people and animals, and decarbonize the planet.

There's nothing illogical about believing that the success of a collective depends on the strength of its singularities.

At Avril, our talents combine and reinforce each other. From seed to plate, the diversity of our professions is at the service of our collective success. Together, by pooling our efforts, we are working to improve our performance and meet the expectations of the agricultural sector and society at large.
